John, Rick, Robert(Jr.) Glancy's father Robert T Glancy Sr. started with IH in the 1940s, He was the Dayton IH Truck Branch Manager in the early 1960s and later took over as Branch Manager in Springfield, Ohio. He retired in the early 1980s as a District Truck Sales Manager for IH.
